Livingston is home to several townhouse/condominium communities that are ideal for people who are either looking for their first home, or ready to downsize. Among them are Livingston Town Center (featured here), The Regency, and The Pointe (55+ community).
Livingston Town Center is located right in the heart of downtown Livingston, with its own commercial area. You can choose from a variety of multilevel floor plans, or a one level condo. It features concierge service at the front entrance at Town Center Way and a gorgeous indoor pool, roof deck, clubhouse, and gym.
The Regency is located across the street from the Livingston Mall. While there are some ranch units, most of the units are 3 level townhouses, some with elevators, but all of those with the space to put an elevator. The first level has the entrance and garage, the second level has the kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, and laundry/utility room, and the third level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Overall, the townhouses are spacious and newer, with high ceilings in some of the third level bedrooms and ample storage space. They also feature a balcony off of the living room. The Regency has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a club house with a gym.
The Pointe is an excellent option for the 55+ community. It’s priced significantly lower than these other complexes, but offers many of the same amenities.
